The community working on the ET Einstein Telescope project to build Europe’s future gravitational wave observatory formally stated the birth of the Einstein Telescope Scientific Collaboration at the 12th ET Symposium held at the Hungarian Academy of Sciences in Budapest on June 7 and 8. Dr. Michele Punturo, INFN research director in Perugia, is the spokesperson of the new Collaboration.
