Registration

Registration is exclusively through the Agency Consulta conference website and  started on  March 1st, 2011 and will close on May 30th.
The following registration form allows also to book Hotel rooms.

Thereafter a registration will still be possible in particular cases only, by contacting the Organizers directly. In these cases the fees have to be paid on site at check-in.
The Registration procedure is concluded and validated only when at least the payment of the Conference fee is carried out and the proof of payment is received. Thereafter, every participant can re-login to the Consulta Umbria Agency Registration Website to change or add particular options.

Responsibility

The organizers of PLHC2011 cannot accept any liability for personal accidents, loss or damage of the private property of the participants nor for damages caused by them to others or to others' properties during the Conference and its accompanying events The registration does not include any form of insurance.

Conference participants are therefore responsible for making their own insurance arrangements

Conference fees

In case of registration and proof of payment received before May 16th, 2011, a reduced
conference fee of 360 € applies; after this date, the full fee of 400 € has to be
paid . For late registrations (after May 30th) the fee will be 450 €. Students (undergrad and grad) producing a certification of their supervisors are generally entitled to the reduced fee.
The fee includes all social events as described above plus 6 Buffet Lunches 
in the Conference Center. 
The accompanying person fee is 100€ and includes all social events. For the Conference 
dinner only the fee is 50€. Accompanying persons wishing to have lunch together with the conference participants can buy a lunch ticket the day before at the Reception (cost 20€). 
All payments are possible via bank transfer or credit card before the conference, or 
credit card or cash during registration on site.
In case of cancellations received till May 15th the fees will be fully reimbursed , only with deduction of the intervened bank costs. After May 15th and in case of no-show the reimbursement will be limited to 80% . Substitutions will be allowed at any time.

The congress agency CONSULTA UMBRIA:

is in charge to handle all conference services (registrations, hotel reservations, fee cashing, and so on) and will support the Conference Secretariat during the Conference.
