The Conference will take place at the BUAA Conference Center. Wireless internet connection will be available during the Conference.

Tiananmen Square is 20 minutes drive, the Great Wall is less than an hour and it's only 15 minutes drive to the Summer Palace . The hotel is surrounded by Beijing 's university and research institutes, it is within walking distance fron the BUAA Conference Center where the Space Part Conference will take place.

We have reserved 100 rooms from the period april 18th to april 22st at a special rate of
- 600 RMB (about 63 €, 75 US$)/night single occupancy, breakfast included
- 660 RMB (about 69 €, 82 US$)/night double occupancy (either single king size bed or two separate beds), breakfast included

The rooms will be allocated on a first come first serve basis.

Since Beijing is particularly beautiful in spring, you might want to extend your stay either before the 18th or after the 22st. In such a csa please inform the Conference secretariat, so we can extend the special Conference rate also to the additional nights.
