The conference fee includes:

Accompanying persons fees entitled them to attend all social events. Conference on-site Lunches, Monday to Friday, are available to accompanying persons after the payment of an additional fee on request when registering. 
    
Lunches will be served Monday to Friday in the four-sided courtyard of Palazzo Murena, the University of Perugia's Rectorate, close to the Aula Magna. 

Palazzo Murena is an 18th century residence, designed in 1740 by the architects Luigi Vanvitelli and Carlo Murena, that once was the University Archaeological Museum. It still houses a collection of epigraphic casts in the Etruscan language (more information here).
    
The conference fee does not include accommodation

Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and have to be paid in addition to the conference fee.
