Exhibitors 

The Conference offers an opportunity for supporting branches of particle physics to present their products. A limited number of exhibition stands of industrial products from instrumentation and related industrial areas, as well as journal and books, both purely scientific and popularizing science, will be made available during conference time, from Monday, June 21 to Friday, June 25. Companies are kindly invited to participate in the exhibition. 

Each stand will be about 3x2 m2 and will be equipped with a table, chairs, electrical outlets (220V/50Hz) and WLAN network. The stands and poster-walls will be located in the corridor of the four-sided courtyard of Palazzo Murena, the University of Perugia's Rectorate, close to the Aula Magna. 

A typical price for a standard stand will amount to 1000 € (+ VAT 20%) for the duration of the exhibition. Companies who intend to participate in the exhibition should fill in the online form available for exhibitors registration, specifying needs for the stand and its equipment, as well as the number of participating persons. A special reduced registration fee of 200 € (+ VAT 20%) is foreseen for persons sent by companies, indicated in the exhibitors registration form. 

Alternative publicity opportunity will also be available, as commercial advertisement pages, flyers or other promotional items, such as pens, to be placed in delegates' bags. Companies could also be sponsors of the conference fellowships as well as social events (e.g. Welcome reception) or the conference gadget. Exhibitors and sponsors will be acknowledged in the conference program, in the web site and listed in the conference proceedings.

The deadline for the registration as an exhibitor is May 15th 2010. 
Full advance payment is required: the payment needs to be done by June 1st 2010. Based on that, an invoice will be prepared and sent back to those interested.
