1991 Beginning of the collaboration with the VIRGO Project: study on the thermal noise, magnetic forcing and optically position sensor.

1993 Thesis in the VIRGO Project on the realization of a device able to measure the internal damping on a forced pendulum.

1994 Beginning of Ph.D. (Dottorato) at Perugia University.

1996-now Partecipation to the Last Stage Suspension construction with the Thermal Noise Group in Perugia.
Study on the following subjects:

Steel monolithic solution for the Virgo Mirror Suspension.
Creep Behaviour on the Virgo Suspension Wires.
Thermal noise due to the eddy currents coupling between test and reference masses.
Low noise optical position sensitive detector.
