How to reach Perugia
By car (after highway)
Coming from South you get SS75Bis from SS75.
Coming from North you get SS75Bis on A1 at Valdichiana.
Exit from SS75Bis (raccordo Siena Bettolle) at Perugia S. Faustino.
Then follow the signs to the railways station "Stazione Fontivegge".
By train

By car (from the train station)
At the station square take the road uphill (via Mario Angeloni). Keep going uphill past "Polizia stradale" (the name of the road changes to Ruggero d'Andreotto). At the fork with a road coming down, turn right uphill till you reach a city door at a traffic light. Turn left still uphill. Follow the road to a circle with a gasoline pump to the right. Take right. After two large winding you reach a small square with a bar to the left and a newspapers kiosk a little further. Try to park there or in the vicinity. On the square you will find a narrow road going down in front of a laundrette (via Elce di Sotto). The secondary entry to the Department (usually closed contact your friends at the Department) is there about 50 meters past a small arch in the city walls. The main entrance is located in the parking lot you can reach with stairways going down on Elce di Sotto a few meters past the secondary department entry. If you dare you can try to follow via Elce di sotto to the end and take an arupt turn right to via A. Pascoli where you will find a gate with a parking open to guests in the afternoon.
By bus (from the train station)
Coming by train you can take a bus in front of the railways station
(about every 20') and get out on the small square described above where via Elce di Sotto starts.

By bus (from the train station)
In order to reach the Hotel La Rosetta from the train station you can take one of the three bus lines G, R or TS: You then have to get out at the final stop (Piazza Italia), which is just beside the Hotel.
