Bulletin #1: Call for Abstracts

This is the first announcement of the 11th International Conference on Calorimetry in High Energy Physics, which will take place in Perugia, ITALY, from Monday March 29th to Friday April 2nd 2004. The sessions and lunch breaks will be held at  Hotel Giò Arte & Vini. The number of participants will be limited to about 150.


SCIENTIFIC PROGRAM

The program will contain sessions organized around various calorimetry techniques and applications. Special sessions are foreseen for astroparticle, medical application and for future developments of calorimetry at Linear Colliders (LC).

REGISTRATION AND ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

 Registration  is available via web directly. The registration fee is 400 Euro if paid before February 29th
2004, 450 Euro after. Abstracts can be submitted online via web, where a short description of the contribution has to be filled out. An email
confirming your abstract submission will be sent to you.The submitted abstracts will be sent directly to the corresponding
session convener. Deadline for abstract submission is February 15, 2002.

ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation for participants can be provided by Hotel Giò Arte & Vini and Etruscan Eurochocolate Hotel. Conference shuttles will provide transportation to and from the two Hotels. Special rates will be guaranteed to conference attendees by these two hotels; however a
list of other hotels in Perugia is available on the web conference page http://www.pg.infn.it/calor2004.
